About the role

FASTSIGNS Columbia is seeking an experienced Sign Production Specialist to join our growing team. You will work in a fast‑paced sign shop environment, delivering high‑quality signage while meeting tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and tables to fabricate signs according to specifications.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and adherence to customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with designers, installers, and other team members to coordinate workflow.
• Track material usage and report any issues to management promptly.

Required profile

• Prior experience working in a sign shop or similar production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical drawings.
• Effective team player who can meet production deadlines.
• Reliable attendance and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
