Social Media Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator to transform raw video footage into engaging short‑form reels that capture attention across platforms. You will work directly with the founder, shaping ideas into polished content and keeping our community active.

Key responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into 60‑second reels, Shorts, TikToks, and other short‑form formats optimized for each platform.
• Add visual layers such as captions, highlighted words, sound effects, call‑outs, and background visuals.
• Craft captions and copy in the founder’s voice, tailored to each channel.
• Publish consistently on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and monitor trends to propose new formats.
• Respond to LinkedIn DMs within 24 hours, guide prospects, and flag comments that need the founder’s input.
• Moderate the community daily, post prompts, celebrate wins, and keep conversations lively.
• Release exclusive content to the community one week before public launch.

Required profile

• Proficient with a professional video editing tool (output quality matters, not the specific software).
• Proven experience creating short‑form content that retains viewers.
• Strong creative instincts to identify hooks, cuts, and reorder footage.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proactive, self‑directed and aligned with the mission of helping people grow.
• Open to junior (1‑3 years) or senior (3+ years) candidates; senior applicants should provide case studies with measurable results.
