About the role

We are looking for a creative, data‑driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to support our US‑based clients. The role is fully remote and involves developing and executing social media strategies that boost brand visibility and drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content that aligns with each client’s brand and objectives.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments/messages and foster community engagement.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns including email marketing, paid advertising and promotions.
• Analyze performance with analytics tools and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high‑quality marketing assets.
• Optimize content and campaigns using SEO best practices and maintain content calendars.
• Prepare performance reports and communicate results to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects remotely.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
• Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (or similar design software).
• SEO, content marketing and email marketing principles.
• Paid social advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
• Email platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Constant Contact).
• Social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later).
• Basic video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
