About the role

The Zone Podcast is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Manager to strengthen the digital presence of its brands, projects, and clients. This on‑site role in Medellín requires a blend of strategic thinking, content creation, and community management while handling multiple accounts and adapting to diverse brand voices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media and content strategies for various brands.
• Create, schedule, publish, and monitor content across multiple platforms.
• Manage several social media accounts and client projects simultaneously.
• Write and edit engaging content in both English and Spanish, maintaining each brand’s tone and editorial consistency.
• Oversee online communities, responding to comments and messages.
• Coordinate content calendars, campaigns, approvals, and deadlines.
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
• Leverage artificial‑intelligence tools to enhance content creation, research, planning, and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams, designers, content creators, and clients.
• Support paid advertising, SEO, and digital campaigns when required.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in English and Spanish with excellent writing skills.
• Proven experience in social media management, digital strategy, content marketing, or community management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts or clients simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
• Experience monitoring analytics and turning data into actionable recommendations.
