Social Media Manager

About the role

The Zone Podcast is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Manager to strengthen the digital presence of its brands, projects, and clients. The role combines strategic planning, content creation, community management, and analytical reporting. You will handle multiple accounts while adapting to distinct brand voices and fast‑changing priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media and content strategies across platforms.
• Create, schedule, publish, and monitor content for several accounts.
• Write and edit engaging copy in both English and Spanish, maintaining each brand’s tone and editorial consistency.
• Manage online communities, responding to comments and messages promptly.
• Coordinate content calendars, campaign approvals, and deadlines.
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools to support content creation, research, planning, and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams, designers, content creators, and clients, and support paid advertising, SEO, and digital campaigns when needed.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in English and Spanish with excellent writing skills.
• Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts or client projects.
• Strong organizational abilities, autonomy, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Experience monitoring analytics and turning data into actionable insights.
• Additional experience in graphic design, video editing, SEO, paid advertising, podcast promotion, or personal‑brand management is a plus.
