About the role

Talent Bridging is seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager to lead its digital presence across Latin America. You will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth while strengthening the brand’s online footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaign calendars.
• Manage social media and digital marketing campaigns on multiple platforms, coordinating with designers, copywriters, and video editors.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and analyze performance metrics to optimize results.
• Act as the central project coordinator, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and team workflows using project‑management tools.
• Streamline marketing operations, improve documentation, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support company growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media marketing and digital campaign management.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Strong project‑management abilities and a data‑driven mindset.
