Social Media Manager (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

WindshieldHUB, expanding across 100+ U.S. cities, is looking for a creative Social Media Manager to strengthen our brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn. This strategic role goes beyond posting, focusing on audience growth, engagement and brand visibility while collaborating closely with the Marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Create monthly content calendars and produce high‑quality videos, reels, stories, and graphics.
• Strengthen brand presence and grow our audience organically.
• Monitor trends and apply them strategically.
• Engage with followers and manage community interactions.
• Track KPIs and present weekly performance reports.
• Collaborate with SEO, Ads, and Design teams to ensure consistent branding.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of social media management experience.
• Strong skills in short‑form video creation (Reels/TikTok).
• Proven track record of growing social accounts organically.
• Excellent English (B2+ level).
• Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn algorithms.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite or similar tools.
• Must reside in Colombia (preferably Barranquilla, Bogotá or Medellín).
