Software Craftsperson – Node.js, React.js & AI (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Craftsperson to join our AI‑native development team. The role is fully remote and based in Colombia, focusing on building high‑quality, scalable full‑stack applications using Node.js, React.js and AI‑enhanced tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain production‑grade full‑stack systems.
• Implement test‑driven development, clean‑code practices and continuous delivery.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of features, from front‑end UI to back‑end services, infrastructure and deployment.
• Collaborate through pair programming, code reviews and agile ceremonies.
• Work closely with product teams to translate user needs into reliable solutions.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, experimentation and technical excellence.

Required profile

• 1.5+ years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and a product‑mindset.
• Self‑motivated individual contributor who thrives in an ownership‑driven environment.
