Software Developer

About the role

As a Software Developer at Auvik you will join an agile team building a cloud‑based network management service that monitors millions of devices. You will help create reliable, scalable software that gives IT teams the visibility and control they need.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve microservice architectures that are consistent, fault‑tolerant and highly scalable.
• Deploy, orchestrate and manage containerised applications using Kubernetes.
• Design and implement communication protocols for a distributed system.
• Develop performant code for the collector agent deployed at tens of thousands of customer sites.
• Apply AI‑enabled techniques and data‑driven debugging to improve reliability and accelerate delivery.
• Build tooling that processes networking data such as Netflow and Syslog.

Required profile

• Senior‑level software developer with a passion for solving complex engineering problems.
• Strong experience in cloud‑native development and distributed work environments.
• Proactive, creative and able to work independently in a fully remote setting.
