Software Developer – Ruby on Rails (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

Join a fast‑evolving HR technology platform and build high‑performing features on a Ruby on Rails web application. You will work remotely from Colombia, collaborating with global teams to deliver seamless software experiences for users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new features from the product roadmap using efficient Ruby code and design patterns.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases, tests, and features.
• Integrate third‑party REST APIs and design enterprise‑scale solutions.
• Collaborate with front‑end developers to deliver responsive UI components.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of experience as a software engineer.
• At least 1 year of production Ruby on Rails development.
• Experience with front‑end technologies (CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, React).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
