About the role

As a Software Engineer in Data Growth at Chainlink, you will shape how web3 customers discover, onboard, and adopt products. The role focuses on building scalable automation, self‑service experiences, and intelligent workflows to simplify operations and accelerate growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automation capabilities that reduce manual effort in customer onboarding and operational workflows.
• Develop self‑service interfaces that enable customers to configure and access products with minimal human intervention.
• Improve growth outcomes by shortening onboarding cycles and increasing process scalability.
• Re‑architect systems and workflows to support efficient provisioning, data sourcing, and customer enablement.
• Apply AI technologies and modern engineering practices to identify and execute process‑transformation opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to solve complex problems and deliver sustainable solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement by eliminating bottlenecks and enhancing end‑to‑end customer experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience building software products or platforms using TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience leveraging AI technologies, tools, or frameworks to improve products or processes.
• Exposure to Web3 technologies, decentralized applications, or electronic trading environments.
• Strong systems‑thinking ability to understand complex, interconnected processes.
• Demonstrated capacity to quickly learn, analyze, and solve technical and operational challenges.
• Experience designing and implementing automation solutions that boost efficiency and scalability.
