Software Engineer – Web (React/TypeScript)

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to develop and ship a unified franchisee portal web application using ReactJS. You will be responsible for building complex, user‑focused features, writing clean TypeScript code, and ensuring high performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and launch the franchisee portal web application with ReactJS.
• Own critical web‑specific functionalities and user interfaces.
• Write clean, well‑tested TypeScript code and maintain high standards through code reviews and documentation.
• Optimize application performance for speed, responsiveness, and memory usage.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and production issues.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot for scaffolding, testing, documentation, and prototyping.
• Participate in Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective collaboration within an engineering team.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.
