Software Sales Representative - RecRivals Sports Platform

About the role

RecRivals builds technology for recreational sports and is hiring a hands-on salesperson to sell its platform to league operators and sports organizations. The role is full-time and remote, open to candidates across Latin America and the Caribbean who speak fluent English. You will own the sales process from prospecting to closing, working closely with the founder and product team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and prioritize prospective league operators and sports organizations, reaching decision-makers through outbound calls, email and professional networks.
• Understand their registration, payment, scheduling and communication workflows.
• Run product demonstrations using supported capabilities and approved commercial terms.
• Follow up consistently, handle objections, negotiate within agreed authority and close new customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity stages, next steps and forecasts.
• Coordinate a clear handover for implementation and capture product feedback without promising unapproved features.
• Build a repeatable prospecting routine, measure conversion and test and improve messaging based on results.

Required profile

• Evidence of personally selling B2B software or a comparable consultative product, including self-generated pipeline and closed deals.
• Strong spoken and written English, confidence on calls and demonstrations, disciplined CRM use and persistent follow-up.
• Ability to learn a technical product and explain its practical value to non-technical buyers.
• Experience selling to sports organizations, clubs, leagues or facilities is useful; clear evidence of personal results is valued over impressive job titles.

What we offer

• US$1,000 per month base plus commissions, with terms agreed before hire.
• Remote work from Latin America or the Caribbean, with availability for customer calls during North American/Eastern business hours.
