Solutions Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on, detail‑oriented Revenue Operations (RevOps) Solution Consultant to join our Professional Services team. You will work closely with a Solution Architect to configure, test, and deploy CPQ and Billing solutions that help our SaaS customers achieve operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and validate CPQ and Billing systems according to design specifications.
• Develop and execute test scripts, manage functional and regression testing, and guide customers through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate data validation, deployment activities, and cut‑over tasks to ensure go‑live readiness, and provide hands‑on hypercare support post‑launch.
• Diagnose and resolve configuration or integration issues, collaborating with technical teams to implement fixes.
• Support change‑management and enablement initiatives, including train‑the‑trainer programs and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise‑level customer personas to ensure ongoing satisfaction and long‑term success.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align delivery with customer goals.
