Spanish AI Content Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Spanish‑speaking AI Content Analyst to evaluate a new personalization feature on a leading AI assistant platform. Working remotely, you will create realistic conversational prompts, assess how well the AI incorporates personal signals, and provide structured feedback to improve relevance and grounding.

Key responsibilities

• Design short multi‑turn conversations (1‑5 turns) that test AI personalization behavior.
• Craft prompts based on realistic personal scenarios to evaluate contextual understanding.
• Review AI responses for correct use of personal signals and factual grounding.
• Compare paired responses and rank them on helpfulness, naturalness, and relevance.
• Write clear rationales explaining rankings and reference specific conversation turns.
• Verify debug information to ensure appropriate data sources were used.
• Maintain workflow hygiene, including deletion of evaluation conversations when required.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in written and reading Spanish.
• Experience with AI evaluation, annotation, content review, or analytical research.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Reliable desktop/laptop, stable internet, and willingness to use a personal Google account with personal data sources enabled.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Gemini, YouTube, Gmail, and Personal Intelligence features.
