Spanish Bilingual Real Estate Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Spanish‑English Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our multi‑venture property management business. This full‑time remote position involves handling a high volume of inbound calls related to residential and commercial leasing, routing inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in our property management system.

Key responsibilities

• Answer high‑volume incoming calls for residential and commercial real‑estate inquiries professionally.
• Provide accurate information on leasing, property management, and general real‑estate topics before escalating.
• Document call details and update notes in the Appfolio property management system.
• Route calls to property managers or leasing agents when specialized assistance is required.
• Manage voicemail messages and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• 3–4 years of experience in property management, real‑estate support, or related customer‑service roles.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently during CST business hours (Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm).
