About the role

TransPerfect Gaming is a global team of passionate gamers delivering world‑class player support, community management and more. As a Spanish‑speaking Player Support Agent you will assist gamers worldwide, handling community inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process “Calls for Help” from the supported community.
• Become familiar with the games you support to resolve issues efficiently.
• Stay up to date with workflow, policy and gameplay changes.
• Use various ticketing and social‑media platforms skillfully.
• Find creative solutions to daily challenges.
• Track data for reporting on forms or spreadsheets.
• Assist managers with ad‑hoc tasks.
• Meet KPIs such as productivity, quality and player satisfaction.
• Enforce community rules fairly.
• Report any game‑related issues or trends.

Required profile

• Excellent oral and written Spanish (native or professional level).
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently.
• Passion for video games.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with gaming social‑media platforms (Reddit, Facebook, X, Discord).
