Specialist - AFR (Import/Export Operations)

About the role

The Specialist - AFR ensures effective management and monitoring of shipments while maintaining clear communication with customers. You will analyze situations, process instructions, and support import/export operations for various clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, process instructions and manage import/export OFR/AFR operations for different customers.
• Maintain frequent contact with stakeholders, keeping customers informed about shipment status via email, calls and status reports.
• Proactively monitor shipment status using internal tools (CW1, DHLi, FSI3) and carrier websites.
• Support track & trace activities and produce performance reports for the Shipment Management Service Line.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to add value for customers.
• Participate in cross‑training within the team.

Required profile

• Students or professionals in industrial engineering, international business, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in logistics; OFR/AFR knowledge is a plus.
• Good English communication skills (B2 level, verbal and written).
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work both autonomously and in a team.

Required skills

• Experience with internal tracking tools such as CW1, DHLi, and FSI3.
• Knowledge of OFR/AFR processes.
