About the role
As a Squad Leader – Senior Networking & Data Center Architect you will guide a high‑performing team of network and infrastructure engineers, delivering critical infrastructure solutions and driving technological innovation for Kyndryl.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and motivate a squad of engineers, fostering collaboration and technical growth.
- Define enterprise architectures for data‑center integration, migration and service automation.
- Ensure service quality and SLA compliance across critical infrastructure environments.
- Run Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs and continuously improve delivery processes.
- Handle complex technical escalations (routing, switching, data‑center, security) and engage directly with enterprise customers.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience leading critical infrastructure projects.
- Strong customer focus with a growth mindset and inclusive collaboration style.
