Store Manager – Luxury Boutique

About the role

Silvia Tcherassi is seeking a full‑time Store Manager to lead its Miami boutique. You will be responsible for delivering an elevated, personalized experience to luxury clientele while driving sales and maintaining brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily boutique operations, including sales‑floor supervision and visual merchandising.
• Create and manage staff schedules, coach the team, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Control inventory, conduct loss‑prevention procedures, and minimize shrinkage.
• Handle customer inquiries, escalations, and build lasting client relationships.
• Prepare performance reports for leadership and support local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain a polished, brand‑consistent store environment.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to craft personalized luxury experiences.
• Proven store‑management experience in a retail setting, preferably luxury or premium.
• Knowledge of retail loss‑prevention practices and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
• Relevant education in Business, Retail Management, Fashion, or related field is a plus.
