About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Strategic Consultant to join its new consulting capability. Working remotely, you will partner with senior leaders to turn ambiguous business challenges into clear, actionable strategies that drive measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Structure complex or ambiguous business problems into analytical frameworks.
• Identify growth, efficiency, or transformation opportunities.
• Translate strategy into concrete initiatives, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Collaborate with client executives and internal delivery teams throughout discovery, assessment, and transformation programs.
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience as a Product Manager or in an equivalent strategic role.
• Strong understanding of business strategy and technology.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and create actionable plans.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
