About the role

Join BairesDev’s new consulting capability as a Strategic Consultant, working at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology. You will partner with senior leaders to solve complex business problems and translate high‑level strategy into concrete execution plans.

Key responsibilities

• Structure ambiguous business challenges into clear analytical frameworks.
• Identify growth, efficiency, or transformation opportunities.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with client executives and internal delivery teams throughout discovery, assessment, and transformation programs.
• Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience as a Product Manager or in an equivalent strategic role.
• Strong understanding of business strategy and technology integration.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop actionable plans.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
