About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Strategic Consultant to join its new consulting capability. Working remotely, you will partner with senior leaders to turn complex business challenges into clear, actionable strategies that drive transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Structure ambiguous business problems into analytical frameworks.
• Identify growth, efficiency, or transformation opportunities.
• Translate strategy into actionable initiatives and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with client executives and internal delivery teams.
• Support discovery, assessment, and transformation programs.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience as a Product Manager or equivalent strategic role.
• Strong understanding of business strategy and technology.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and create actionable plans.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
