About the role

Doxa is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support U.S.-based recruiting teams. The role is fully remote, based in Colombia, and focuses on market‑driven talent research rather than simple resume pulling.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth market research to map talent pools across multiple industries.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies tailored to role seniority, technical complexity and market dynamics.
• Build and maintain structured pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
• Analyze competitor talent and hiring trends to inform proactive outreach.
• Provide insights on talent availability and U.S. market dynamics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience supporting U.S. recruiting teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent follow‑through.
