Strategy Consultant – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain that translates real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As a former consultant from a top‑tier firm, you will design realistic project scenarios and evaluation frameworks that enable AI agents to learn high‑level business reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed consulting project environments, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design structured tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop grading rubrics, evaluation criteria, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate LLM‑based assessment tools.
• Collaborate remotely with a team of ex‑consultants to ensure the fidelity and relevance of the training material.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on project experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, or synthesizing complex data into clear insights.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Familiarity with consulting deliverables such as presentations, reports, and financial models.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, project‑based setting.
