Strategy Consultant – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants to help shape AI training data by turning real consulting engagements into structured learning environments. This remote, project‑based position focuses on designing realistic consulting scenarios and evaluation frameworks for advanced language models.

Key responsibilities

• Build detailed consulting project environments that reflect real‑world dynamics, including industry context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking.
• Define grading rubrics, evaluation criteria, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate an LLM‑based assessment system.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical work plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesising messy inputs into client‑ready deliverables.
• Comfort delivering recommendations under time pressure and uncertainty.
