Strategy Consultant (Ex-MBB) – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced strategy consultant from a top‑tier firm to help design and evaluate AI‑driven consulting simulations. The position is fully remote and project‑based, focusing on translating real consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced language models.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financial data, constraints and incomplete information.
• Design structured tasks for AI agents that mirror real consulting work such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimisation, growth strategy and operational diagnosis.
• Define grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate LLM‑based assessment systems.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
