Striker – Sales Representative in Bogotá

About the role

As a Striker you will develop Red Bull’s presence across hypermarkets, supermarkets and impulse accounts in Bogotá and surrounding areas of Cundinamarca. You will ensure maximum distribution, availability and perfect execution of Red Bull’s store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Cover the defined database, completing all allocated calls and visits at optimal frequencies.
• Maintain continuous stock availability of Red Bull SKUs and influence orders.
• Implement Perfect Store standards and secure in‑store brand presence.
• Ensure POS materials are correctly placed, up‑to‑date and promotional offers are active from day one.
• Complete monthly administration accurately and on time.
• Build strong relationships with customers, providing first‑class service to exploit opportunities.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven track record in sales.
• Previous experience in FMCG, preferably branded goods or retail.

Required skills

• Strong selling skills – communication, negotiation and objection handling.
• Clear understanding of the Off‑Premise channel (retail, impulse, non‑traditional).
• Commercial awareness and basic commercial mathematics.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with mobile Field Force Automation tools (preferred).
