About the role
We are looking for a Summer Student to join our Learning team at ScotiaGBS in Bogota. This short‑term position offers hands‑on experience supporting HR‑related data and administrative processes while developing analytical skills in a banking environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update the Learning team’s databases.
- Perform administrative tasks related to HR and asset management.
- Assist in tracking and managing team assets.
- Conduct basic data analysis to support decision‑making.
Required profile
- Technical or administrative background (e.g., technician, technologist).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Interest in data analysis and HR processes.
Required skills
- Excel (intermediate level).
- Power BI (nice to have).
