Supply Chain Solutions Specialist

About the role

As a Supply Chain Solutions Specialist you will design, build and manage customized supply‑chain solutions that enable the delivery of localization and data‑services projects for our clients. You will act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring that all contractual, financial and compliance requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Provide supply‑chain expertise to internal teams supporting client delivery.
• Analyse current and future requirements for assigned accounts and create tailored solutions using our global partner database and AI Community.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to keep information accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Support suppliers on client‑specific processes, requirements and issue resolution.
• Identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunities in workflows.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance for assigned accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply‑chain, vendor or project management, preferably in the localization or data‑services industry.
• Proactive ownership of tasks with the ability to work independently while seeking guidance when needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Process‑oriented mindset focused on delivering results.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP), Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with data, perform analysis and present actionable insights and reports.
