Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

The Supply Chain Specialist will ensure smooth domestic and international logistics for a global cloud‑native cybersecurity leader. Working remotely, you will coordinate shipments, monitor delivery performance, and support inventory accuracy across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders, warehouses, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Monitor and improve delivery performance across suppliers and logistics vendors.
• Track inventory movements and support inventory accuracy across global sites.
• Support order fulfilment for new customer orders, RMAs, and replacement shipments.
• Collaborate with Global Support, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.
• Optimize logistics workflows and contribute to automation and scalability initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and system updates within ERP and CRM platforms.
• Proactively communicate shipment status, delays, and operational risks to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations within a global technology environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly self‑motivated, proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable collaborating across time zones.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Availability for occasional after‑hours support.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP or CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
