Supply Chain Specialist – Remote (Cross‑Border Logistics)

About the role

The Supply Chain Specialist will ensure seamless cross‑border logistics for a global cybersecurity provider. Working remotely, you will coordinate shipments, support inventory accuracy, and collaborate with international teams to maintain high service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders, warehouses, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Monitor and improve delivery performance across suppliers and logistics vendors.
• Track inventory movements and support inventory accuracy across global locations.
• Support order fulfilment processes for new customer orders, RMAs, and replacement shipments.
• Collaborate with Global Support, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Optimize logistics workflows and contribute to automation and scalability initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and system updates within ERP and CRM platforms.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations within a global technology environment.
• Experience coordinating international shipments and working with logistics providers.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly self‑motivated, proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work across global time zones.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
