Supply Chain/Procurement Specialist

About the role

Kent is seeking a Supply Chain/Procurement Specialist to support ongoing work‑share projects within the energy sector. The role focuses on contract oversight, risk identification, and ensuring delivery of services that meet quality and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage contracts and agreements for contracted services, identifying potential risks early.
• Validate progress, payments and deliveries through signed minutes of agreement.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to confirm that delivered services meet defined specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure all administrative functions related to procurement are completed accurately and on schedule.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, contract management, or supply‑chain functions.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams, especially engineering, to verify service quality.
• Strong attention to detail and risk‑assessment capabilities.
