Supply Planner – Americas (LATAM, Canada, USA)

About the role

The AWM Supply Planner will own end‑to‑end supply planning, inventory optimisation and allocation management across LATAM, Canada and the United States. You will translate demand signals into actionable supply plans while balancing customer needs, inventory targets and business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SKU‑level weekly supply and distribution plans for the Americas and manage replenishment for regional distribution centres.
• Lead the Supply Review (S&OE) process, monitor supply performance and resolve inventory and availability risks.
• Own allocation strategies for constrained products, prioritising availability based on customer impact, forecast quality and revenue.
• Define and manage inventory targets, monitor health and implement corrective actions to minimise back‑orders, excess stock and obsolescence.
• Maintain planning data in Kinaxis RapidResponse and support continuous improvement of the module.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in supply, inventory or demand planning, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
