Systems Administration

About the role

Kyndryl is looking for a Systems Administrator who will resolve complex technical problems, anticipate future issues across a wide range of platforms and services, and work with some of the world’s largest customers on modernization projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage system data for clients and ensure daily operational solutions and security compliance.
• Supervise a queue of assignments, work directly with technicians, and prioritize tickets to deliver optimal solutions.
• Identify modernization opportunities, recommend options, and uncover new business prospects.
• Build and maintain relationships with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in system administration with a growth mindset.
• Customer‑focused attitude, prioritizing client success.
• Inclusive and collaborative approach, comfortable working with diverse teams.

Required skills

• Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 implementation and management.
• VMware ESX experience.
• Public and private cloud management, especially migration from on‑premises to cloud solutions.
• Automation experience, particularly Infrastructure as Code (IaaS).
• Vulnerability management.
• Microsoft Active Directory and federation services.
