Talent Acquisition Analyst

About the role

Publicis Production is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to support end‑to‑end recruitment for creative, media, production and technology positions in its Bogotá office. The analyst will partner with hiring managers, source qualified candidates and ensure a smooth, positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles for creative, media, production, post‑production and technology roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements, align expectations and support hiring decisions.
• Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and Boolean search techniques.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and candidate communications throughout the process.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Provide timely updates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Generate and analyse recruitment metrics and reports to monitor effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and data‑privacy standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within creative, marketing, production or technology environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search proficiency.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered sourcing tools.
• Competency‑based interviewing techniques.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
