Talent Acquisition Manager – LATAM Hiring

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead end‑to‑end hiring for performance, programmatic and planning specialists across LATAM, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process that aligns with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle across LATAM, managing end‑to‑end hiring for performance, programmatic and planning specialists.
• Build and scale a LATAM talent pipeline by sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, local networks and internal referrals.
• Identify and fix process inefficiencies, implementing best practices that improve speed, candidate experience and hiring quality.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience, fostering genuine relationships at every touchpoint.
• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, guiding structured interviews, candidate evaluation and regional best practices.
• Contribute to broader talent‑acquisition initiatives such as AI‑driven recruiting, employer branding, compliance and internal training.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of in‑house recruitment experience focused on digital‑marketing roles (media buyers, planners, strategy managers, programmatic specialists).
• Background in a digital agency or ad‑tech company and proven experience hiring across LATAM markets.
• Fluent English (C1) for daily interaction with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proactive, autonomous and data‑driven, tracking funnel metrics and conversion rates to inform decisions.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools for sourcing, writing, research or process optimisation.
