Talent Acquisition Specialist – Bogotá

About the role

Dialectica is expanding globally and seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its global TA team in Bogotá. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment for a portfolio of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and delivering a great candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full hiring cycle from intake, sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offers and onboarding handover.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, university channels and networking.
• Conduct structured screening calls, assess fit against role requirements and Dialectica’s values, and present shortlists to hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate ATS data, track pipeline metrics and suggest process improvements.
• Represent Dialectica in the local talent market through university partnerships, events and social media.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, in‑house or agency.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, financial services or fast‑growing companies is a plus.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles while maintaining high quality.
• Proactive, curious mindset with excellent communication and a team‑first attitude.

Required skills

• Hands‑on sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience with an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets.
