Talent Acquisition Specialist – Business Support

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our business operations by sourcing and hiring qualified candidates, particularly for freight forwarding and logistics roles.

Key responsibilities

• Execute targeted sourcing using internal ATS and external job boards to attract active and passive candidates.
• Screen candidates to verify qualifications against job requirements.
• Manage applicant tracking flow, maintain records, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Lead recruitment processes for freight forwarding positions, building a continuous pipeline of talent.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, selection, and profile review.
• Background in psychology, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics or freight forwarding recruitment is a plus.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills with ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to source candidates through external job boards and other online platforms.
