About the role
Near is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle for its Latin American talent pool serving US companies. You will build strong relationships with both clients and candidates while driving fast, high‑quality hiring outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct kick‑off meetings with clients, align recruitment strategies, and maintain ongoing communication to ensure rapid, high‑quality service.
- Source, engage, interview, and nurture candidates through proactive outreach, database management, and continuous follow‑up.
- Meet recruitment performance metrics such as time‑to‑hire, fulfillment rate, and conversion rate.
Required profile
- 2+ years of end‑to‑end recruiting experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven client and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and remote work experience is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills.
