Talent Finding Specialist

About the role

RWS is seeking a Talent Finding Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment initiatives across its global delivery network. You will design and execute sourcing strategies, engage candidates, and support the company’s growth by ensuring the right talent is hired for both internal and client‑facing positions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement recruitment plans for various services and markets.
• Process applications, conduct interviews, and manage the full hiring cycle for external and internal openings.
• Report on vendor sourcing and onboarding results, analysing ROI of sourcing channels.
• Deliver against defined recruitment KPIs and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Liaise with internal teams to fully understand hiring needs and align sourcing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in English.
• 3‑5 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Proven ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, flexible, reliable and systematic approach to work.

Required skills

• Advanced internet searching techniques.
• Boolean search methodology for candidate sourcing.
