Talent Finding Specialist

About the role

The Talent Finding Specialist will support RWS’s growth by designing and executing recruitment strategies across multiple services and markets. You will act as a key partner to internal teams, ensuring the right talent is attracted, assessed, and onboarded to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement recruitment plans for various services and markets.
• Process applications and conduct interviews for external and internal openings.
• Report on vendor sourcing and onboarding results.
• Analyze ROI of sourcing channels and advise on future action plans.
• Deliver against defined recruitment KPIs.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to fully understand hiring needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• 3‑5 years of recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Experience partnering with and influencing stakeholders.
• Knowledge of direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques.
• Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, flexible, reliable and systematic approach.

Required skills

• Advanced Internet searching.
• Boolean search techniques.
