Talent Management Analyst (Talent Acquisition & Programs)

About the role

Acceso is seeking a Talent Management Analyst to support its talent strategy across Colombia and El Salvador. The role will initially focus on talent acquisition, ensuring efficient, high‑quality recruitment, and will later expand to broader talent management initiatives such as performance management, learning, and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, offer administration, and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment documentation and ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Continuously improve recruitment tools, processes, and reporting.
• Support planning, administration, and execution of talent programs including performance cycles, learning initiatives, manager resources, and onboarding enhancements.
• Lead project plans, timelines, stakeholder communication, and documentation for talent initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to increase program effectiveness and participant satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain talent analytics and reporting systems.

Required profile

• Highly organized, curious, and analytical mindset.
• Enjoys solving complex organizational problems through structure, systems, and data.
• Experience in talent acquisition or HR processes in a multi‑country environment.
• Ability to coordinate projects, manage stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.
