Talent Quality Auditor (Remote)

About the role

The Talent Quality Auditor ensures that all Talent Acquisition interactions meet the company’s high standards. Working remotely, you will audit candidate calls, screening interviews, emails and workflow documentation to guarantee consistency and quality across the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end quality audits of Talent Acquisition activities, including calls, screenings, emails and workflow steps.
• Compare performance against defined standards, scorecards and KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues and risk patterns, documenting findings with precision.
• Recommend adjustments to audit frameworks, processes and evaluation criteria.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing or Quality Control.
• Proven experience auditing operational processes and evaluating performance against standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data review.
• Excellent written documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
