About the role
Executive Language Training (ELT) is a language learning company offering corporate language and cultural solutions. As its Talent Success Manager, you will connect with and evaluate qualified language training candidates. This is a part-time, fully remote position suited to an organised professional who enjoys working across cultures.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with ELT team members to match clients with the best-suited trainer for their needs and schedule.
- Manage posts for global language training programme openings on relevant platforms and channels.
- Communicate with applicants across different time zones.
- Screen candidates for language skills, teaching experience and fit.
Required profile
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Previous recruiting experience; recruiting in language services or training is a plus.
- Multilingual candidates preferred.
