Team Lead

About the role

DOXA is looking for a proactive Team Lead to oversee daily operations, coordinate team activities and ensure client needs are met. This remote position, based in Barranquilla, requires strong leadership, operational management and client‑engagement skills.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily, weekly and monthly activities of team members.
• Understand client business priorities and align team operations accordingly.
• Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and ensure targets are achieved.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager on training needs and process improvements.
• Identify and resolve operational issues using sound judgment.
• Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and company policies.
• Provide coaching, feedback and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Facilitate corrective actions in partnership with HR when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing people or teams.
• Strong knowledge of performance metrics (KPIs) and project management principles.
• Experience with process‑improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean is preferred.
• Background in technical roles (IT helpdesk, QA, software development) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in data management, analytics and report preparation.
• High professional standards, integrity and accountability.
