About the role
We are seeking a proactive Team Leader to support operational performance, drive team engagement, and ensure service excellence across our operations in Barranquilla.
Key responsibilities
- Support and improve operational performance.
- Drive team engagement and motivation.
- Ensure service excellence across all operational areas.
- Coach and develop team members to achieve results.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader.
- English proficiency at B2–C1 level.
- Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, results‑driven environments.
- Availability for 100 % on‑site work in Barranquilla.
