Technical Customer Service Associate (Home Security)

About the role

The Technical Customer Service Associate joins Blink’s CS Technical Support team to deliver high‑quality assistance for home‑security products. You will interact with customers via phone and email, troubleshoot networking and device issues, and help improve the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, detailed support to Blink customers through phone and email.
• Collaborate with other support teams to maintain consistent service quality.
• Advocate for customers, reporting issues and suggesting improvements.
• Understand customer usage of Blink products to resolve problems and maximize value.
• Communicate trends and innovative solutions to leadership.
• Assist with customer communications during critical launches and events.
• Develop deep knowledge of product lines, features, and subscription services.
• Drive projects that enhance support processes.
• Support home‑security suite, home networking, and mobile device configurations.
• Document solutions and automate log analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking in French.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
