Technical IT Recruiter (Remote - Colombia)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical IT Recruiter to support our North‑America customers from a fully remote setting based in Colombia. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for technical positions while leveraging our proprietary GenAI recruitment platform and traditional sourcing tools.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Source qualified candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews and assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Maintain a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide a seamless candidate experience with timely communication.
• Track activity in the ATS and generate regular recruitment reports.
• Stay current on IT industry trends, salary benchmarks and hiring best practices.

Required profile

• 2‑8 years of proven experience in technical IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies and technical skill sets.
• Ability to partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a GenAI recruitment platform.
• Experience using LinkedIn for sourcing.
• Familiarity with Naukri and other market‑standard recruiting tools.
• Hands‑on use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
