Technical Project Manager – Automation & No‑Code Solutions

About the role

BRYSK Solutions helps businesses escape spreadsheets, email chains and outdated processes by building custom automation, AI‑driven workflows and no‑code applications. We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who will own end‑to‑end delivery across multiple client engagements, bridging project management, client advisory and hands‑on system work.

Key responsibilities

• Own multiple client projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring scope, timeline and quality.
• Serve as the primary client contact: lead discovery sessions, translate operational pain points into system solutions, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Facilitate structured meetings, drive decisions and surface risks or blockers early.
• Work alongside Solutions Engineers on active tickets, coordinating delivery and contributing hands‑on.
• Break down requirements into clear task plans, defining what gets automated, built, in what order and who owns each piece.
• Configure, set up workflows and perform QA using Make, Airtable and Softr.
• Maintain and improve internal delivery frameworks, documentation and operational playbooks.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in project management, operations or a client‑facing delivery role.
• High comfort with structured productivity tools such as Notion, Jira, Monday.com or ClickUp.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one automation or no‑code platform (Make, Zapier, Airtable, etc.), even if self‑taught.
• Strong communicator able to run client meetings and manage stakeholder expectations.
